Ms. Denny is a professional Family Nurse Practitioner (ret.), and began her practice as an F.N.P. in 2013, starting with practice as a surgical nurse in 2003.  Joanie has a degree in Journalism, Nursing and her Masters in Nursing, F.N.P.

Joanie has several projects going on from the website, a couple books, working on videos and a podcast for health and wellness, coaching and consulting.  She is also involved in an exciting program to assist clients within the medical tourism industry.  Joanie is assisting clients as a facilitator and coordinator with Pulse Protocol.  Pulse Protocol is an extensive medical tourism platform to streamline the process of selecting expert, vetted surgeons and physicians for client’s important surgeries and procedures outside of their home country, such as in Mexico.  A short list of surgeries and procedures include plastic surgeries, stem cell therapy, orthopedics, oncology, urology to name just a few.

Health and Wellness of her clients has always been number one on her list of priorities.  Her patience and caring, and desire to have you the best you can be are unmatched.

Whether you need a 20 minute session / conversation or 2 or 3 or more sessions with Joanie, she is passionate, a great listener, excellent communicator and provides expert advice.

EXERCISE

This is where we will discuss one form of exercise or another.  One that we have currently started, though it has been out for a few years is the TRX.  After a couple/few weeks, we love it, and we will share why in a blog soon…no affiliation.

We worked with a Total Gym for years and loved it.  We have practiced Yoga and Pilates to love biking, hiking and dancing, along with Scott training and practicing 12 years in Taekwondo.

So, we will keep you posted on the very important aspect of staying fit through exercise, especially for those that travel often.

And, that will include meditation, as well.

Simple Meditation
to Simply Improve Your Life

Joan provides an excellent read for those curious about starting a meditation practice providing why, how and various types of meditation techniques for the beginner.

If you have always been curious about a meditation practice and what that entails, this book will give you some basic guidelines and suggestions for starting and maintaining a meditation practice for beginners.  Joan makes it clear that with just an understanding of a few basic techniques, and with your consistency, you will be practicing and on your way to improving your life.

Books We Love to Share with Everyone

This will be our own informal Book Club where we share books that we’ve read and feel have importance to share with readers.  And, there is no affiliation with any of these.  And, of course, there are many more we have on the Kindle which we will somehow go about sharing those, as well.  We are always open to good books you love.

We will include seminars, workshops, conferences.  Scott had the fortune of  walking on a bed of hot coals twice attending 2 of Tony Robbins events.  Those stories on their own, being two totally different experiences of which I was not expecting.  And, we attended the first virtual TR event while traveling in the Algarves in Portugal.  The Algarves was fun!

The Health & Wellness products and services may require one to check with their Doctor.  Now, a yoga mat, you  probably don’t need to check in with your doctor, but the yoga practice, maybe so.  An Aloe product or a joint supplement, you should check in with your doctor.

So, a little learning, whether you own a website or not, many folks are not aware you can earn a small commission from some products or services.  And, as such, the products and services that we have researched, tested and use, often on a daily basis, we do get a small commission, at no extra cost to you.  So, saying it forward, thank you for your support, as well.
